What I have built, and who it was for.

Two products Portforge owns outright — the code, the stock and the consequences — and the client builds taken on alongside them.

GearDockGH storefront

GearDockGH

Live

Technology retail for the Upper East, with local delivery and payment in cedis.

The problem
In Bolgatanga, replacing a charger, an SSD or a decent keyboard means a trip to Accra or Kumasi, or a two-week wait on a stranger's WhatsApp with no recourse if the parcel never arrives.
Where it stands
Live and early. The shop takes real orders and delivers them; the catalogue is small on purpose and the buying cycle is still being tuned.

ImportBrain

Early access

Landed cost, margin and shipment tracking for mini-importation businesses.

The problem
Ghana's mini-importation businesses run on WhatsApp threads, exercise books and screenshots. A batch is ordered in one currency, shipped in another, cleared in a third set of charges, and sold in cedis weeks later.
Where it stands
Early access. In use inside Portforge for GearDockGH's batches, and open for anyone to sign up at importbrain.net — with founder pricing for the first 20 accounts. Suppliers, shipments and landed cost are solid; reporting is still thin and there is no offline mode yet.

xccella.com
Xccella homepage — nursing exam preparation platform

Xccella

Live

Exam preparation for nursing students — a question bank, lecture notes, timed mocks and revision guides for the NMC licensure exam and the NCLEX. Back end built here: NestJS and PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL, role-based access, multi-school courses and subscriptions.

Currently researching opportunities in vehicle and consumer-goods importation.
